1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MSP Domain Watch ("the Service"), operated by MSP Domain Watch ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MSP Domain Watch provides domain monitoring, typosquatting detection, threat scoring, and takedown assistance services. The Service is designed for Managed Service Providers and businesses that manage domain security for multiple organizations.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed per monitored domain per month. Billing is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the fees associated with your plan. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. No payment method is required during the trial period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or other disruptive activities; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; submit false or misleading takedown requests.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, content, designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of MSP Domain Watch. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service (domain names, client information). We retain ownership of all scan results, threat intelligence, and analysis generated by the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect all lookalike domains or prevent all domain impersonation attacks. In no event shall MSP Domain Watch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
